Samsung unveiled its Business Experience Studio (BES) in Gurugram, India. The BES spread across 6,700 square feet. It offers businesses the opportunity to interact with Samsung’s advanced portfolio, from mobile devices and large-format displays to healthcare equipment and smart solutions.

According to Samsung, the facility demonstrates how AI-driven systems can enhance operational efficiency, productivity and security across sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, and startups.

The studio is organised into multiple themed experience zones that reflect diverse business use cases. One zone showcases intelligent, sector-focused solutions such as smart classrooms powered by interactive displays and integrated devices; retail signage that elevates customer engagement; soft POS systems and rugged hardware built to military durability standards; and AI-led tools for healthcare documentation and diagnostics.

A second zone highlights unified enterprise capabilities, featuring connected meeting room and workspace solutions based on SmartThings Pro, hospitality automation via LYNK Cloud (including self-check-in/check-out), and intelligent air-conditioning systems that optimise performance using AI. Enhanced security and manageability through Samsung platforms such as Knox, VXT and LYNK Cloud are central to these demonstrations.

The third zone showcases AI-powered lifestyle and immersive experiences, linking enterprise tools with connected living solutions that reflect the convergence of work, home and entertainment in contemporary digital ecosystems.

In a keynote at the opening, JB Park, President & CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, emphasised Samsung’s conviction that “the future of business will be shaped by AI-driven, intelligent experiences that are human-centred, connected and sustainable.” He described the Gurugram BES not merely as a technology showcase but as a platform for enterprises to engage meaningfully with applied AI embedded across devices and platforms.

With this strategic investment in experience-led engagement, Samsung is positioning itself to help Indian organisations visualise and adopt scalable AI solutions tailored to their operational priorities, reinforcing its role as a technology partner in the country’s ongoing digital transformation journey.
