Dabur has signed a multi-year collaboration with Accenture to deepen artificial intelligence (AI) throughout its business operations. The deal is aimed at strengthening data and AI capabilities, enhancing decision-making, and making the FMCG company more agile as competition and consumer demand keep changing.
Ankur Chaudhary, managing director and lead for Products group, India Business, Accenture said, “FMCG companies are navigating increasing complexity, from diversified portfolios to fast-changing consumer expectations. Dabur’s AI-led reinvention is both timely and strategic. By strengthening its data foundation and embedding AI into core processes, Dabur can make faster decisions, improve demand sensing and build more resilient operations, creating a stronger platform for purpose-led, profitable growth.”
Accenture said it will help Dabur build a scalable, unified data foundation by bringing together internal and external data, including structured and unstructured sources, into a centralized data lake. The goal is to create more standardized, automated, and trusted data flows across the company.
Dabur said the work is part of its wider digital journey, the company has already been investing in cloud and digital core modernization, and in June 2026 it announced strategic Global Capability Centers to strengthen its IT and digital marketing capabilities.

The Accenture-Dabur collaboration covers the kind of infrastructure that actually shapes how a large consumer company runs day-to-day. According to the agreement, Dabur will deploy control towers and digital dashboards to measure key performance indicators in real time. The program also includes advanced analytics, AI-based planning, and generative AI-powered conversational tools so business users can query data and get answers faster.
The scope is broad; the initiative is meant to improve supply chain responsiveness and give end-to-end visibility across finance, procurement, marketing, and sales.
Dabur expects faster, better-informed decisions, stronger governance, more accurate demand sensing, and sharper insights. Dabur wants AI to help the company see demand earlier, respond quicker to market variations, and reduce the gap between data and action.
Manas Mehra, global chief information officer, Dabur India Limited said, “At Dabur, our AI strategy is focused on allowing faster, more informed decisions in reaction to evolving customer expectations and variable market conditions. By building a digital brain on strong data foundations and advanced AI, we are embedding intelligence across the enterprise. Our cooperation with Accenture will help us sense demand more accurately, respond with greater agility and deliver sharper insights accompanied by stronger governance.”
