Accenture and Google Cloud have announced a new set of agentic AI solutions for mid-market companies, extending a partnership that was previously focused on larger enterprises. The new offering is being delivered through Accenture Edge, Accenture’s newly launched business unit for the mid-market segment.
Accenture said Accenture Edge is designed for companies with annual revenue between $300 million and $3 billion, a segment the company says needs right-sized solutions that can be deployed faster than traditional enterprise implementations. According to Accenture, the mid-market technology services opportunity is also estimated at $240 billion, growing in the high single digits.
“The companies that will define the next decade aren’t waiting — they’re building,” said Rajendra Prasad, Technology Reinvention Engine lead, Accenture. “Accenture Edge offerings built with Google Cloud technology help mid-market organizations do exactly that. They can deploy solutions in weeks and get measurable outcomes at the scale, budget and speed that they need to grow.”
The collaboration uses Google Cloud as the technology foundation and is built around Gemini Enterprise, the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and Agentic Data Cloud. Accenture forward-deployed engineers will support the offering, while Google Cloud AI Threat Defense is embedded to provide security monitoring and threat expertise.

Accenture and Google Cloud are trying to package agentic AI for companies that usually do not have the scale, internal teams or integration budgets of large enterprises. The announcement focuses on pre-configured solutions meant to shorten deployment time and connect AI with business operations, security and customer workflows.
Accenture’s June 23 launch of Accenture Edge described the business as a way to bring large-enterprise expertise and ecosystem partnerships to the mid-market. The Google Cloud announcement now shows how that model is being turned into a specific product path, with Google Cloud as the core platform partner.
