Genpact has announced a partnership with Nestlé Business Solutions to establish Nestlé’s new Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, India. The companies said the center will be supported by Genpact’s domain expertise, process intelligence and advanced technology capabilities, including agentic AI.
Genpact said it will support the GCC as an innovation center designed to improve digital adoption, operational visibility and conformity across Nestlé’s global business network.
According to the announcement, the work combines Nestlé Business Solutions’ global shared-services network with Genpact’s process and technology stack. The collaboration will help Nestlé accelerate process transformation, while Nestlé said the new center shows its confidence in India’s talent and its plan to build a more agile, scalable and technology-enabled services network.
The new center is meant to support measurable business impact, not just internal process support. Genpact’s consumer goods unit leader, Tarun Chopra, said, “This partnership reflects how leading global enterprises are reimagining business services as technology-enabled, data-driven operations. “By combining Nestlé’s global scale with Genpact’s process intelligence and expertise in data, AI and automation, NBS Hyderabad will be a center designed to drive consistency, agility, and measurable business impact.”
For Nestlé, the practical value is access to a services center built around digital operations from the start. For Genpact, the deal adds another large global brand to its consumer goods portfolio and supports its role in GCC build-outs, where companies want more control over finance, operations, data and process consistency.
This partnership between Genpact and Nestlé Business Solutions is about building a technology-led capability centre in India, not simply opening another support office.
“NBS Hyderabad represents a positive next chapter in our growth path. As we build stronger capabilities in a market like India, our people, partners and vendors will remain key to this journey,” said Luca Fichera, Head of Nestlé Business Solutions. “This reflects our confidence in India’s talent and capabilities, and our commitment to building a more agile, scalable and technology-enabled services network for Nestlé. With Hyderabad’s strong ecosystem and Genpact’s proven expertise, we are well placed to deliver greater value, consistency and innovation.”
