Tryfacta, Inc. announced that it secured two task orders under the Defense Health Agency’s Medical Q Coded Services 2, Next Generation, or MQS2-NG, contract vehicle, with a combined value of more than $62 million. The company said the work is tied to support at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio and William Beaumont Army Medical Center at Fort Bliss in El Paso.
“We are honoured to receive these important task order awards under MQS2‑NG,” said Adesh Tyagi, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tryfacta, Inc. “Competing successfully against several large organisations underscores our operational excellence, deep domain expertise, and unwavering commitment to delivering world‑class professional services for our federal and defense customers.”
According to the company’s announcement, the awards are valued at $34.5 million for Brooke Army Medical Center and $28 million for William Beaumont Army Medical Center. The claim was also picked up by OrangeSlices AI and other industry publication channels, which repeated the same task-order values and site assignments.
In a November 2025 Defense Health Agency article, DHA said MQS2-NG is a 10-year contract covering physicians, nurses, dental staff, ancillary workers, and administrative personnel across more than 300 labour categories. DHA also said the vehicle is designed to streamline staffing across military hospitals and clinics and is open to other federal agencies with health care needs.
The agency said MQS2-NG uses vendor pools and is intended to reduce administrative burden while improving access to contracted medical services. Washington Technology reported in 2024 that DHA had awarded 11 companies positions on the unrestricted side of the vehicle, underscoring the scale and competitiveness of the program.
The two medical centers named in Tryfacta’s announcement are major Army health facilities. Brooke Army Medical Center is located at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, while William Beaumont Army Medical Center is based at Fort Bliss in El Paso. Official Health.mil pages describe WBAMC as serving military beneficiaries and veterans in the El Paso area, and BAMC’s official site identifies it as the Army’s flagship medical institution on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston.

For Tryfacta, the award represents a larger presence in defense health services, but the company’s announcement did not provide operational details beyond saying it would begin mobilisation and support continuity of care at the two Army medical centers. No independent government statement confirming the award details was immediately visible in the materials reviewed; the reported figures and locations are based on the company statement and the industry coverage that followed.
