ITC Infotech Partners With Google Cloud to Scale Enterprise Agentic AI Adoption

ITC Infotech Partners With Google Cloud to Scale Enterprise Agentic AI Adoption

ITC Infotech announced a partnership with Google Cloud to propel its in-house transformation to an agentic-first enterprise and accelerate AI-powered growth for its global customers. The two companies said ITC Infotech will deploy Gemini Enterprise across its own organization first, using that rollout as the basis for customer-facing work later.

Gemini Enterprise is an AI platform for discovering, creating, sharing, and running AI agents, while ITC Infotech describes itself as a global technology services provider and a subsidiary of ITC Ltd.

“As enterprises move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption, they are looking for partners who have successfully navigated that journey themselves,” said Manas Chakraborty, Managing Director & CEO, ITC Infotech. “Our wall-to-wall deployment of Gemini Enterprise anchors our own agentic-first strategy, driving non-linear, AI-led progress for our business. It also ensures we build deep operational expertise, and proprietary IP to deliver next-generation, AI-driven outcomes for our customers worldwide.”

The key phrase is “customer zero.” That means ITC Infotech plans to use its own teams, workflows, and systems as the first test bed for Gemini Enterprise before packaging what it learns for clients.

The deployment will cover software engineering, autonomous workflows, and back-office functions such as HR, finance, legal, and internal IT service handling. The partnership will lead to joint centers of excellence as well as industry-specific AI blueprints for sectors including consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Google Cloud defines agentic AI as a system built for autonomous decision-making and action, not just content generation. An agentic system can set goals, plan tasks, execute them, and adjust from feedback with limited human involvement.

In April 2026, Google Cloud launched Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform as a more extensive foundation for building, scaling, governing, and tuning agents. ITC Infotech and Google Cloud deal shows how that product is now being pushed into partner-led enterprise adoption.

“ITC Infotech’s deployment of Gemini Enterprise across its entire strong workforce represents an exceptional commitment to operational excellence,” said Sashi Sreedharan, Managing Director, Google Cloud India. “By standardizing its daily workflows on Google Cloud AI, ITC Infotech is gaining deep, practical experience with advanced automation at scale. Through our close collaboration, we are combining this firsthand insight with Google Cloud’s AI ecosystem to deliver market-ready solutions. Together, we are uniquely positioned to empower organizations worldwide to safely and effectively scale their own AI initiatives.”

What it means for ITC Infotech

By using Gemini Enterprise internally first, ITC Infotech can build implementation experience, internal IP, and reusable operating patterns before pitching the same stack to customers. That is the main business logic behind the announcement: credibility through actual usage, not just resale.

Many partnerships stop at a pilot, a demo, or a reseller motion. Here, the company is describing a wider operating model: internal deployment, process redesign, and then external commercialization through centers of excellence along with sector playbooks.
