N-able has opened a new Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru as part of a wider India investment focused on cybersecurity, AI and global service delivery. The company said the centre will support engineering, product management, user experience and security operations, and N-able plans to expand its India workforce by at least 50% by the end of 2026.
N-able described the Bengaluru move as intended to strengthen its security footprint in a fast-growing cybersecurity market, support compliance readiness, and deepen access to local talent. N-able also said the centre currently employs over 100 people.
N-able’s choice of Bengaluru fits a broader pattern in India’s GCC market.
AI and cybersecurity are among the skills in highest demand, which helps explain why companies are still opening or expanding centres there.

About the company’s operating base
N-able said it provides IT management, cybersecurity and data protection software to more than 500,000 organizations worldwide. That scale is relevant because a company serving that many customers has a stronger need for resilient support, faster product iteration and security operations that can operate across time zones.
N-able is using India not only as a hiring location, but as part of its product and security delivery model.
John Pagliuca, N-able’s CEO, said India plays a critical role in helping businesses address cyber risk, compliance demands and operational complexity. Mike Adler, the company’s Chief Technology and Product Officer, said the Bengaluru team will help fast-track AI-powered innovation and modernized security operations.
GCCs in India are moving beyond traditional support roles into software development, finance and R&D, while AI is changing hiring patterns and pushing firms toward more specialized roles. N-able’s move fits that shift: it is looking for talent to support innovation, not just throughput.
“With deep expertise under one roof in Bengaluru, we’re fast-tracking the next generation of capabilities from AI-powered innovation to modernized security operations,” said Mike Adler, Chief Technology and Product Officer at N‑able. “We’re enabling the IT professionals and security experts to work smarter, respond faster, and confidently stay ahead of the rapidly evolving threat landscape.”
N-able said its Bengaluru centre will support the full threat lifecycle before, during and after an attack. That language places the centre in the operating core of the business, not on the margins of regional support.
