Eurobank S.A., a subsidiary of Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. (“Eurobank Holdings”), a Greek banking entity based in Athens, has signed a strategic partnership with LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital transformation firm. The collaboration has been enabled by Fairfax Digital Services (A Fairfax Company) and will include the establishment of a Global Delivery Center in India.
This new Global Delivery Center established at LTIMindtree’s Pune office represents a significant commitment to innovation in banking technology. It highlights the strong economic relationship between Greece and India.
In conjunction with the recently opened LTIMindtree office in Greece, it is spearheading technology modernization efforts, driving digital innovation, and enhancing the maintenance of critical banking applications. The establishment of this center will strategically empower Eurobank Group to address evolving customer expectations as it scales its offerings.
As part of the multi-year relationship, LTIMindtree has been selected as the Services Partner for Eurobank Luxembourg’s Temenos implementation program, providing maintenance, data migration, quality assurance, and post-production support services to the bank.
LTIMindtree will help drive innovation and modernize the technology infrastructure for the Eurobank Group in Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Greece. The team-up will allow both companies to leverage the power of LTIMindtree’s innovative technology and data solutions to drive significant improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
