Infosys and Adobe Join Forces to Revolutionize Marketing with AI-Driven Customer Experiences

Infosys has partnered with Adobe to jointly transform the marketing life cycle of global brands using AI technology. The main aim of this collaboration is to enhance customer experiences, personalize content, and streamline workflows.

Infosys Aster™ offers marketing services and tools powered by AI, including creative services, design, online shopping solutions, marketing technology, performance marketing, and overall marketing operations. Adobe helps brands create personalized experiences based on data, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for customers across all interactions.

According to the Infosys CMO Radar 2024 report, CMOs (Chief Marketing Officers) who understand AI are becoming increasingly influential in their companies, with 62% reporting that their role is expanding into broader business decisions.

Sumit Virmani, the Global Chief Marketing Officer of Infosys, said, “AI in marketing has quickly changed. It is now not just about making work easier or more creative; it helps marketers find their way through challenges. CMOs realize that AI can help them grow their business while also simplifying how they create personalized content and brand experiences.”

He emphasizes that their joint effort is crucial for personalizing customer experiences and enabling CMOs to achieve their marketing objectives. The combination of Infosys Aster and Adobe enables CMOs to collaborate closely with CIOs (Chief Information Officers) to deliver customer-first and AI-driven experiences. This integrated solution focuses on the responsible use of AI, which helps maintain brand trust and integrity.

Anil Chakravarthy, President of Adobe’s Digital Experience Business, shared, “In today’s world, where consumers are overwhelmed with content everywhere, creating personalized and impactful marketing is key for marketers to stand out.”

He notes that Adobe and Infosys are combining creativity, marketing, and AI technology to improve customer experiences, making it easier to create and deliver engaging content across all channels.

Douglas Hayward, a Senior Research Director at IDC, stated that modern CMOs need AI tools that understand customers as unique individuals with specific needs. These tools help create personalized offerings and messages that benefit both the brand and the customer. To ensure long-term value for everyone involved, CMOs need to carefully plan and manage these tools throughout the customer journey. He believes that the partnership between Infosys Aster™ and Adobe is a step in the right direction to improve marketing with AI and meet customer needs.
