Cognizant announced the acquisition of US-based AustinCSI, a digital transformation and management consultancy firm specializing in enterprise cloud and data analytics advisory. This deal complements Cognizant’s technology prowess and vertical industry expertise, enriching its advisory abilities to offer clients a broad digital strategy and innovative solutions.
Financial details were not revealed. The transaction is expected to complete in the Q4 of 2022, subject to the fulfillment of closing conditions.
