Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading IT services company, is expanding its long-term partnership with Google Cloud through the adoption of Gemini Enterprise, a new AI platform. This partnership will enable TCS employees to create AI solutions that enhance how people and AI work together.

With Gemini Enterprise, TCS can develop custom AI tools and easily connect with existing Google Cloud AI tools and tools from other companies. The platform will make it easier to manage complex tasks and speed up the use of AI solutions in businesses.

This collaboration is part of TCS’s larger tcsAI initiative, which aims to build skills and make advanced technology accessible to more people. By using Gemini’s tools, TCS can think of new ideas and quickly create AI solutions for its clients.

The AI tools from Google Cloud via Gemini Enterprise are designed to work seamlessly with Google Cloud’s secure and scalable systems, including BigQuery, which is already used in some of TCS’s own systems. With a large team trained in Google Cloud and AI, TCS is well-positioned to lead AI changes in many businesses. TCS offers expertise in providing advice, engineering, and responsible use of AI, helping clients innovate quickly and effectively.

Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud, said, “AI is changing the way professional service firms work, and Gemini Enterprise gives TCS a unified platform to use all their knowledge and help their employees work better. Together, we are supporting our clients worldwide in using this advanced technology to create unique solutions and gain business benefits faster.”

Aarthi Subramanian, COO of TCS, said, “At TCS, we believe AI is important for empowering our employees and finding new ways to provide value to our clients. We have invested a lot in making AI technologies available to our team, and Gemini Enterprise is a great addition to our AI resources. By using Gemini Enterprise, we are supporting our employees and speeding up innovation for our clients across different industries. Google Cloud has been a key partner in our transition to AI, and this new step will enhance our abilities and the value we offer to our clients, especially as businesses move into an ‘Agentic AI Future’.”

TCS and Google Cloud plan to continue developing AI tools for specific industries, leveraging TCS’s deep knowledge and Gemini Enterprise’s diverse capabilities in areas such as banking, retail, manufacturing, and media. TCS is also working on industry-specific cloud and AI solutions with its customers at five locations worldwide that focus on Gemini technology.
