Micron Technology, a memory and storage solution platform, has announced the appointment of Mike Cordano as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Worldwide Sales, effective immediately.
Mike Cordano will succeed Mike Bokan after the planned retirement of Mike Bokan, who has served the company for over twenty-eight years and will assist Cordano during the transition period.
Mike Cordano will report to Sanjay Mehrotra, President and CEO. Bringing three decades of executive experience in the tech sector, Mike Cordano has a proven track record in corporate leadership, innovative business development, and effective go-to-market strategies.
Mike Cordano previously spent more than eight years at Western Digital (WD), culminating in roles such as President and COO and Executive VP of Sales and Marketing at Hitachi Global Storage Technology (HGST) prior to WD’s acquisition.

Recently, Mike Cordano was the Founder and Partner at Prime Impact Capital. Additionally, Mike Cordano serves on the board of advisors for the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.

Mike Cordano earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. His extensive background positions him well to drive Micron’s sales strategy in a competitive market.
