IDFC FIRST Bank has unveiled a special AI-enabled digital avatar of famous actor Amitabh Bachchan. This innovation aims to enhance customer engagement with the bank and offers a fresh approach to digital services.
The device uses Holographic Extended Reality (HXR) technology with touch capabilities, allowing customers to interact with Amitabh Bachchan’s digital avatar.
Customers can ask questions about different banking services, such as Zero Fee Banking, Monthly Interest Credits, Mobile Banking, and the Current Account BRAVO.
IDFC Bank plans to add more services in the future. This new technology aims to enhance the banking experience for customers by offering personalized support and a more engaging service.
