SAP Concur Study shows that 69 percent of Indian employees think their productivity has increased while working remotely.

Many employees are not fully satisfied with the working from the home model due to disturbances from children, network connectivity, loneliness, not favorable environment, etc, these challenges impact the employee’s productivity. Many employees want to visit the office on an alternate day or weekly basis to change the scene and mood.
The hybrid workplace model gives employees a choice to come into the office whatever the reason, either personal or official. Each employee can work from home or from the office, which they find more productive.
