Bank NXT to upgrade its digital banking services with Red Hat

Red Hat has joined forces with Bank NXT, a retailer and corporate Bank in Egypt, to upgrade its digital banking services. By integrating Red Hat’s cloud solutions, Bank NXT has made its operations much more efficient, cut down the time it takes to launch new digital services by 40%, and allowed updates and new features to be added twice as often.

The NXT bank provides a variety of services for individuals and businesses, including loans for large projects that help boost the economy. It also focuses on helping small and medium-sized businesses, which are important for Egypt’s growth.

To satisfy the growing needs of its customers, Bank NXT worked with Red Hat to merge digital solutions from Temenos and Mindgate with Red Hat’s cloud technologies. This partnership has helped the Bank improve its systems and operations, leading to better service for customers.

Bank NXT has decreased the time it takes to launch new digital services by 40% by using Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift. It allows the Bank can quickly add new features and also adapt to changes in the market. They have also used Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to make their processes smoother, cut down manual tasks, and improve efficiency by 30%. Additionally, they have reduced response times for issues by 20% while ensuring customer data is secure with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security.

This enabled Bank NXT to deliver innovative features faster, enhance customer experience, and strengthen security measures to protect sensitive customer data.

Bank NXT has enormously improved its mobile and internet banking services, leads to raised customer satisfaction and loyalty. The NXT bank has successfully integrated with the Egyptian Banks Company for instant payments, providing a seamless experience for customers. Additionally, robust security measures have been implemented to secure sensitive customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
