Bengaluru, December 22, 2025: Axiado Corporation has announced that it has raised over $100 million in an oversubscribed Series C+ funding round. The round was led by Maverick Silicon, with support from Prosperity7 Ventures, Orbit Venture Partners, Crosslink Capital, Nosterra Ventures, and others. This new investment will support Axiado’s international growth, especially by expanding its engineering team in India. It will also speed up the development of advanced, AI-based products designed to improve platform security, system management, and energy efficiency for AI data centres, networking, telecommunications, and edge infrastructure.

Axiado’s global growth is focused on strengthening its research and development (R&D) work in India. By hiring more engineers and building partnerships with large cloud companies, telecom operators, and leaders in AI infrastructure, Axiado is helping to drive the next advances in silicon technology. This investment is not only about hiring more people; it also creates a special centre to tackle difficult challenges in power and security for the new generation of AI systems.

“The great interest in our Series C+ funding shows that our customers and partners believe AI-powered, hardware-based security is now essential for today’s data centres,” said Gopi Sirineni, Founder, President, and CEO of Axiado.

The money from the Series C+ funding will help Axiado grow its sales, marketing, and support teams, and also invest in new technology. The funding will support more innovation, build strong partnerships with top companies, and help Axiado bring its solutions to more data centres worldwide. Recently, Axiado has doubled the number of employees in Taiwan and India, grown the whole team by 40%, and opened a new office in India, preparing the company for more global growth in 2026 and beyond.

“As AI work changes and pushes the limits of data centres, it is more important than ever to have security built into the hardware,” said Andrew Homan, Managing Partner at Maverick Silicon. “Axiado’s TCU not only protects data centres from threats right away but also helps save power and cooling costs. We are proud to support Axiado’s mission to build safe, smart, and energy-efficient computing systems ready for AI.”

“At Prosperity, we invest in technology that helps make AI safe and responsible,” said Abishek Shukla, Managing Director at Prosperity7 Ventures US. “

Axiado’s AI-based TCU design and its work on secure, energy-saving system management fit this goal well. As AI systems become more independent and need more computing power, Axiado stands out by combining trusted hardware with smart power use and system management. This puts Axiado at the front of a safer and more
