Persistent Systems announced today its intent to acquire Starfish Associates, a Communications automation platform based in New Jersey.
This strategic acquisition enhances Persistent’s current engineering capabilities in the Contact Center and Unified Communications space. It also extends its strong AI-driven business transformation capabilities and expertise in driving operational excellence.
