TCS CEO Rajesh Gopinathan compensation included Rs 1.15 Cr as salary, Perquisites Rs 1.26 crore, As commission Rs 13 crore and over Rs 60 lakh in other allowances all of which added to a remuneration of Rs 16.02 crore. In financial year 17-18 Rajesh Gopinathan’s takes home annual pay was INR 12.49 crore. Approx 28% increase from last year.
Kerala India born 48 years old, Rajesh Gopinathan is serving as CEO and Managing director of TCS. Rajesh Gopinathan appointed as CEO in Feb 2017, takes over N Chandrasekaran. Since 2013 he was serving TCS as CFO. He started professorial career with TCS a very long ago, since 2011, served many roles and positions.

TCS said the pay income increase according to market trends and countries, TCS employees working outside India got pay increase from 2% to 5%.
