The primary objective of this step is to elevate service delivery standards for the 114 BCC member banks and subsidiaries within the Group, enabled them to offer increasingly secure, efficient, and innovative services to their members and customers.
The new Group IT plan mainly covers improving and modernizing key core banking applications, expanding products and services available through digital channels, and accelerating its AI strategy program.
