Today, Apple previewed Apple MixC Hefei, the first store in China’s Anhui province, located near Swan Lake. This new store offers customers a new location to discover and buy Apple’s latest collection of products and services.
Apple MixC Hefei will officially open its doors to the public on Saturday, January 18, at 10 a.m. local time.
“We are so thrilled to open Apple MixC Hefei, our first store in the Anhui province, and build deeper connections with our customers in China,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People. “Our dedicated team is excited to support the local community and provide personalized experiences that empower customers, whether they are looking to upgrade to the latest iPhone 16 or learn how to go further with their devices during our Today at Apple sessions.”
Apple MixC Hefei is home to over 80 team members ready to offer customers personalized service and support. The new store offers both Genius Bar® services and Apple Pickup, enabling customers to receive support and conveniently collect their online orders.
Apple’s latest products, including the iPhone 16® lineup, MacBook Pro® with M4, and Apple Watch® Series 10, are available at the store. Customers can also engage in free Today at Apple® sessions, where they can learn new skills in photography, videography, and more.

Apple team members are ready to offer customers personalized shopping advice and support, including assistance with upgrading and trading in eligible devices, choosing monthly financing options, switching to iOS, and securely transferring data.
In celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year, customers can purchase a pair of special-edition AirPods® 4 with Active Noise Cancellation that has been engraved for the Year of the Snake.
Configure-to-order options are available, allowing Mac customers to select and customize devices to their specifications, including the new 24-inch iMac, Mac mini, and MacBook Pro, all powered by the advanced M4 family of chips.
