India’s Leading telecom operator Vodafone Idea Ltd, deploys HPE’s solutions to manage its Service & Network Operations (SNOC). HPE with its next generation operations support systems (OSS) will help Vodafone Idea Ltd to manage unprecedented volume of data that comes with new hybrid cloud environment.
Vodafone Idea Ltd’s SNOC is located in Pune Maharashtra and its controls vast network base over 334 million subscribers. Also remotly monitors 192,000 2G sites and around 372,000 broadband (3G+4G) sites across 22 circles.
HPE’s operating support solutions (OSS) will help Vodafone Idea to enhance and effectively manage next generation network and services. It also help to solve ongoing business challenges and in delivering quality customer experience. Vodafone Idea will further automate operations with HPE Intelligent Assurance providing it with a powerful platform to transform vast amounts of telecommunications network data into actionable insight, thus paving the way towards zero touch operations and self-driven networks.
Vodafone Idea also plans to streamline its service assurance processes with the HPE Intelligent Assurance solution and expand the SNOC’s existing robotic process automation (RPA) journey as it transforms into a digital service provider.
