Samsung Electronics today announced that the rollout of One UI 7 will be available starting from April 7, 2025. One UI 7 offers a new interface built for AI, helping users interact with their Galaxy devices more naturally than ever before.
The update will first be available for the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Z Flip6 and will then slowly be available for other Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
Samsung One UI 7 features a simple, attractive design that creates a smooth experience for Galaxy users. It has a new home screen, updated One UI widgets, and a redesigned lock screen, allowing users to customize their devices easily. There’s also a new feature called Now Bar, which shows important real-time updates right on the lock screen.
Smarter AI Features for More Intuitive Experience
One UI 7 brings new features powered by AI that help users do tasks more easily. With Galaxy AI, users can manage everyday activities without switching between different apps. One UI 7 also enables simple edits to give users more creative control and freedom.
With better integration of Google Gemini, controlling your device is as simple as talking to a friend. You can press the side button and say anything to show or do. Also, natural language search is available in Settings, making it simple to change preferences.

One UI 7 will start being available on April 7. It will soon be available on more Galaxy smartphones and tablets over the next few weeks. This includes the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, Galaxy Tab S10 series, and Galaxy Tab S9 series.
