Fujitsu has launched its new Fujitsu Cloud Service Generative AI Platform for secure and flexible enterprise data management. Launching in Japan in fiscal year 2025, this platform will allow organizations to harness the benefits of generative AI while ensuring data confidentiality. Trial applications in Japan will commence on February 13, 2025.
Fujitsu’s new platform addresses the challenges with the adoption of Gen AI in sectors handling sensitive data, which has been limited due to concerns about data leakage, unintended AI learning, and compliance with internal regulations.
To maintain data security and compliance, this service integrates Fsas Technologies Inc.’s Private AI Platform on PRIMERGY, Supermicro’s GPU servers, and Fujitsu’s Takane large language model (LLM). It underpins the Fujitsu Kozuchi AI service and is distinguished for its advanced capabilities in the Japanese language and generative AI security features. This architecture ensures client data is processed securely within dedicated private cloud environments in Fujitsu’s data centers.

Fujitsu will add the new service to its Fujitsu Computing as a Service portfolio. Fujitsu will deliver complete support, from initial implementation to ongoing optimization, to enable businesses to maximize the efficiency and productivity gains of generative AI and drive significant business transformation.
