Infosys has partnered with Citizens Financial Group to establish an AI-first Innovation Hub in Bengaluru, India. The initiative marks a first-of-its-kind effort to accelerate artificial intelligence-driven transformation across core banking systems, customer engagements and product development for one of the largest financial institutions in the United States.
The hub, positioned as an “AI-first Global Capability Center (GCC)” will leverage Infosys Topaz Fabric™. Infosys will contribute its AI, cloud, and cybersecurity expertise to advance Citizens’ operating model.
According to the agreement, collaboration builds on an existing long-term technology partnership between the two organizations, extending Citizens’ focus on workforce skills, resilience and innovation at scale. The Bengaluru Innovation Hub will serve as a focal point for applying advanced AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
