Arviem, a Swiss-based specialist in real-time cargo monitoring & supply-chain visibility, announced a partnership with Tech Mahindra, an Indian global technology solutions firm, on 6 November 2025. The partnership will leverage both companies’ expertise to develop and implement smart Internet of Things (IoT) systems and analytics-based supply chain visibility solutions that address customers’ specific business needs.
Visibility is a key pain point: Most global supply chains today still operate with information gaps because data sits in silos across carriers, ports, warehouses, and systems. These information gaps cost overruns (delays, losses, inventory mismanagement), reduced customer trust higher insurance and operational risk. Real‐time data on goods in transit, combined with analytics, allows better decision-making, reduce risk, reduce damage, improve delivery reliability and sustainability (e.g., emissions), which are increasingly important.
This partnership brings together Arviem’s experience in IoT-based monitoring and logistics with Tech Mahindra’s global presence, technology skills, and large customer network in many industries. Both companies will offer combined IoT, asset tracking, and real-time cargo monitoring solutions, along with advanced analytics. These services are designed to improve supply chains, make operations more transparent, and create clear business value for companies around the world.
Charles Vincent, CEO of Arviem, said, “Arviem’s goal is to help organizations solve major supply chain challenges. These include handling valuable and sensitive cargo, fighting smuggling and illegal trade, lowering carbon emissions, and making deliveries more reliable, while also improving operations and reducing cargo waste. We believe partnerships help create real value for both business and society. By working with Tech Mahindra, we can bring our IoT-based cargo monitoring and supply chain visibility solutions to new markets and industries. Together, we aim to make smarter, data-based decisions that improve efficiency, cargo safety, reliability, and environmental sustainability across supply chains worldwide. This will benefit companies, their customers, and organizations in government, insurance, and security.”
Sampath Saagi, Head of Diverse Industry Verticals Group, Americas at Tech Mahindra, said, “The global supply chain is changing quickly. This change is happening because of new technologies like IoT, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI), which help make operations clearer and stronger. Many companies have trouble seeing the whole picture in their complex supply chains. By partnering with Arviem, Tech Mahindra combines strong technology skills with real-time cargo information to solve this problem. Together, we want to help organizations make better decisions using data, make operations more transparent, and build supply chains that are ready for the future and better for the environment.”
As part of this partnership, Tech Mahindra and Arviem will work together to find new business opportunities among Tech Mahindra’s global customers and search for new clients.
