Accenture appointed Shaheen Sayed as Chief Commercial Officer for Reinvention Services. In this role, Shaheen will focus on improving how Accenture provides AI-powered solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clients in the AI era. She will be key in combining different skills and services to help clients grow sustainably and create long-term value.
Shaheen will also remain a member of the Global Management Committee. Matt Prebble, currently in charge of Data & AI for Europe, will assume Shaheen’s previous role as the leader for Accenture in the UK, Ireland, and Africa (UKIA). Matt will also join the Global Management Committee.

Before this, Shaheen was the head of Accenture’s business in the UK, Ireland, and Africa, where she directed the growth and strategy in these regions. Previously, she led Accenture’s technology division in the UK and Ireland, focusing on managing complex technology changes and introducing new market ideas.
With over 20 years at Accenture, Shaheen has been key in providing advanced solutions in various industries, including banking, telecommunications, and healthcare. In 2020, she won the Woman of the Year award at the Women in IT Awards (London) for her contributions in tech.
Matt, as the Data & AI leader in Europe, has worked with top executives and boards of major companies to help them enhance and grow. He has led significant AI adoption programs, created responsible AI guidelines, and collaborated with global partners to provide real value.
