Exabeam, the California-based cybersecurity software firm, has announced a set of senior leadership appointments covering its operations across India, the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (IMETA). It includes an expanded role focused on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Key Appointments
Mazen Adnan Dohaji has been named Senior Vice President and General Manager for IMETA. He will lead regional sales, technical support and customer success functions. Dohaji has overseen Exabeam’s expansion in IMETA for more than ten years, growing the team from a small local footprint to more than 70 professionals and steering high double-digit revenue growth.
Ramy Muhammad Ahmad assumes the role of Senior Director, Sales Engineering, IMETA. Ahmad will drive technical strategy and delivery for customers across the region.
Sultan Alanazi has been appointed Country Director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Sultan Alanazi appointed as Country Director. He will focus on local partnership and execution in Saudi Arabia, as the economy is undergoing major digital transformation initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.
The appointments are intended to deepen Exabeam’s operational presence and technical leadership across markets with distinct regulatory environments and cybersecurity priorities.
Both Dohaji and Ahmad have been with Exabeam’s regional organisation for more than a decade. The company noted that under their leadership, Exabeam and the IMETA team have grown from a small two-person unit to over 70 staff and that the region delivered “high double-digit growth” between 2024 and 2025.
The IMETA region spans markets with varied cybersecurity maturity. In India, digital transformation initiatives have accelerated enterprise demand for advanced threat detection and response tools, and many organisations are moving beyond legacy log-based security information and event management (SIEM) platforms toward solutions that combine behavioural analytics and automation. In the Gulf, national digital initiatives, including Saudi Vision 2030, have elevated cybersecurity as a strategic priority for both government and private sectors.
Exabeam was founded in 2013. It underwent a corporate merger with LogRhythm in 2024.
