HCL Technologies Limited (HCLTech), a global technology services company, has formalized an expanded strategic engagement with Team Global Express, the largest multimodal logistics organisation in Australia and New Zealand, to accelerate digital transformation across the logistics provider’s IT landscape using advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-driven solutions.
The new agreement consolidates the logistics major’s multi-vendor IT landscape into a single, strategic partnership with HCLTech as the trusted advisor to drive efficiency, innovation and data-driven decision-making. The scope of the collaboration includes the provision of end-to-end managed IT services covering enterprise applications, hybrid cloud infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, digital workplace services and service management functions.
A key component of the initiative is AI Force, HCLTech’s GenAI-powered service for automation across IT and operational processes throughout Team Global Express’ logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand.
