Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Satyaki Ghosh as its Chief Executive Officer. The appointment became effective on January 19, 2026, following approval by the company’s Board of Directors at a meeting held on that day.
Ghosh brings more than 25 years of diverse experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), textiles, retail and consumer-facing businesses to his new role.
Prior to joining Raymond Lifestyle, Satyaki Ghosh served as Chief Executive Officer of the Cellulosic Fashion Yarn business at Grasim Industries, part of the Aditya Birla Group, where he led large-scale manufacturing operations with a focus on operational efficiency.
Before this, Ghosh was CEO of the Domestic Textiles business at the Aditya Birla Group, where he was responsible for the group’s domestic textile operations. He also led the Thai Acrylic Fibre business, managing multi-country operations.
Earlier in his career, Ghosh spent more than seven years at L’Oréal India in senior leadership roles, including Director of the Consumer Products Division. He has also worked in leadership positions with PepsiCo India, Spencer’s Retail, GE Lighting, and Burns Philp across sales, marketing, and general management functions. He has experience across both B2B and B2C environments and exposure to domestic and international markets.
According to Raymond Lifestyle’s regulatory filing, Satyaki Ghosh’s appointment is part of a strategic effort to strengthen the company’s leadership and operational capabilities.
The company also has plans to appoint E.C. Prasad as Chief Financial Officer, subject to approval at an upcoming board meeting.
Ghosh will be responsible for steering Raymond Lifestyle’s business strategy, enhancing consumer-centric execution, and driving long-term sustainable growth.
Raymond Lifestyle, listed on Indian stock exchanges and operating an extensive retail network, including exclusive brand outlets and multi-brand stores across India, is part of the larger Raymond Group portfolio. The company’s retail footprint and product portfolio span fabrics, apparel and consumer lifestyle offerings, with ongoing efforts to expand both domestically and internationally.
