Coforge Limited has announced that Manish Hemrajani will be the new Head of Investor Relations. In this role, Manish, who has experience in the capital markets, will be responsible for enhancing Coforge’s connections with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. He will work from the New York and Princeton offices.
Manish has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets. He has a successful background in areas like investor relations, equity research, and financial communication. Throughout his career, he has worked with well-known organizations in various fields, including travel, technology, and finance. Some companies he has worked for include Yatra Online, Oppenheimer & Co., Deloitte Consulting, Fujitsu Consulting, and CIBC World Markets.
Manish has an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and also holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) certification.
His wide-ranging experience helps him understand what investors need and how the capital markets operate. In his new job, Manish will lead Coforge’s strategy for communicating with investors. His goal is to enhance shareholder engagement with the company, facilitate planning, and strengthen governance to foster long-lasting trust with investors.
