Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, has announced a partnership with LogicMonitor, a company that offers a software platform for monitoring IT systems using artificial intelligence (AI). This collaboration combines Infosys AIOps Insights, which is part of Infosys Cobalt cloud services, with LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI. The goal is to improve the monitoring of IT operations, making them faster, more reliable, and better for users.
Together, Infosys and LogicMonitor aim to make it easy to find and fix problems, saving up to 30% of the time normally needed. They also plan to reduce unnecessary alerts by up to 70% and offer a clear view of what is happening in IT environments.
This partnership will help teams get information that is relevant to their roles, improve their planning, and help them solve IT issues before they become bigger problems.
Michael Tarbet, a Vice President at LogicMonitor, said, “As companies use more complex IT systems that include on-site servers, multi-cloud setups, and important devices, having a clear and unified monitoring platform powered by AI is very important. Our partnership with Infosys will help tackle these challenges and provide better monitoring solutions for businesses. By combining our technologies, we will help companies operate more efficiently, cut costs, and ensure that their IT systems remain strong.”
Patrick Atkins, who oversees IT operations at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., mentioned, “We are happy with how the LogicMonitor platform is working for us. By improving our ability to detect problems early and cutting out unnecessary alerts by 40%, we have reduced downtime and made our operations more efficient. This has positively impacted our business. Infosys has played a key role in helping us strengthen our IT systems, and we are excited about the improvements that will come next.”
Anant Adya, an executive at Infosys, added, “We are pleased to team up with LogicMonitor to change the way IT monitoring is done. With our knowledge in AI insights and successful methods from Infosys Cobalt, this partnership will help our customers make better business choices and encourage innovation. Together, we are providing businesses with the tools they need to succeed in a more complex IT world.”
