Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, and Spark New Zealand, the largest telecommunications and digital services company, announced a strategic agreement that will support the transformation of Spark’s technology delivery model through digital innovation.
Through the use of Infosys Topaz and Infosys Cobalt, this collaboration aims to lower IT costs for Spark while enhancing digital experiences for customers using AI.
With this partnership, Infosys will use its global skills in software development to help Spark build, test, and manage its systems and applications while also providing support. Spark will keep control over its IT assets and its technology plans, product design, and business applications with the support of Infosys’ global experience.
Matt Bain, Spark’s Data and Marketing Director, said, “Infosys has worked with Spark for over 16 years. They help us create new products and digital services for our customers. This new agreement allows us to focus more on our technology plans and product development, while using Infosys’ resources to implement these plans quickly and effectively. As part of this agreement, Infosys will also increase its local staff in New Zealand to make sure that important local support and expertise are available.
