LTIMindtree announced that the Board has appointed Venu Lambu as the CEO (Designate) and Whole-Time Director based out of London, effective immediately.
With more than 30 years of experience in the technology and services sector, Venu Lambu brings extensive expertise in scaling business operations and formulating growth strategies. An acknowledged thought leader, he advocates for integrating Application Services, Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure, and Edge Computing within enterprise ecosystems.
In his previous role, Lambu served as CEO of Randstad Digital, the $3 billion digital division of Randstad, where he spearheaded initiatives leveraging Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India to enhance revenue through a people-centric operational model.
Venu Lambu will play a pivotal role in the leadership transition. Working with current CEO Debashis Chatterjee, CEO & MD, LTIMindtree, will allow him to gain deeper insights to maintain operational continuity and align on strategic initiatives and budgetary planning.

His leadership background includes significant roles at Cognizant, HCL Technologies, and IBM.
Venu Lambu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mysore and a General Management certification from the London School of Business.
