Built on Azure AI, it assures secure data handling, powerful search functionalities, and compliance facilitation. The integration with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams equips teams with real-time collaboration tools and AI-enhanced decision support, while sophisticated models such as GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 via Azure OpenAI Service facilitate contract analysis through advanced natural language processing.
ContractAssIst reduces workflows into a centralized dashboard within Microsoft Teams, effectively managing key operational challenges. The solution features an AI-powered chatbot that facilitates conversational queries and provides intelligent suggestions directly within group chats, reducing delays and optimizing workflows.
