Wipro Limited announced that it has been selected by Etihad Airways, the UAE’s (United Arab Emirates) national airline, to advance its comprehensive technology transformation. With this contract, Wipro will provide seamless legacy system migration and enhance operational efficiency across key areas, including workplace, network, infrastructure, and service management.
With this five-year agreement, Wipro FullStride Cloud will implement a tailored cloud solution designed to provide Etihad Airways with real-time analytics for resource utilization to enhance the operational agility and scalability necessary for global operations.
Wipro will also embed Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) modules throughout the IT ecosystem. This integration will streamline data center automation, facilitate conversational interfaces for end-user support, and optimize intelligent device management. The deployment of GenAI will not only enhance performance metrics but also enable proactive resolution of potential system disruptions.
