Tech Mahindra Launches New Brand Identity, Ushering in a Future-Ready Era on 39th Anniversary

Tech Mahindra, a leading technology company, is celebrating its 39th anniversary with a new brand identity. This new look is a bold move yet thoughtful evolution designed to sharpen the company’s competitive edge, project its forward momentum, and reinforce its leadership position in the era of AI-led transformation.

Today, technology changes very fast. The new brand shows what Tech Mahindra is now: quick to adapt, bold, and collaborative. Beyond a modern visual expression, it establishes a unified brand platform, provides a thoughtful approach to integrating portfolio companies, and strengthens the company’s position as a globally preferred employer through a renewed employee value proposition.

Mohit Joshi, the CEO of Tech Mahindra, said, “For almost 40 years, Tech Mahindra has stood for new ideas, trust, and change. Now, as technology and AI grow, our new brand shows the next step in our journey. We respect our past but are ready for new chances. This is how we show the world our clear plan and strong goals. We want to help businesses grow fast.”

The new brand has a special ‘lozenge’ symbol at its center. This symbol is a new version of the famous ‘Rise’ beam used by the Mahindra Group. The lozenge stands for energy, big goals, and being careful with details. The main colour is Mahindra Red, and the new design uses fresh colours and patterns to make everything clear and connected for people everywhere.

Peeyush Dubey, the Chief Marketing Officer, said, “Good brands tell a clear story. Our story is about growing with purpose. Many people trust the Tech Mahindra name and the Mahindra heritage. We did not want to change our story but make it clearer and stronger. Our new brand shows that we are ready for the future and helps our teams and customers feel proud to work with us.”

  • Reinforce its positioning as a future-ready transformation partner.
