Tech Mahindra announced a strategic partnership with Altice Labs, an innovation center of Altice Group for the telecommunications sector. The global partnership will enable both organizations to co-create, innovate and jointly offer end-to-end solutions in Business Support System (BSS), Operations Support System (OSS), connectivity, fiber, and 5G powered by advanced data-driven analytics, and AI-led digital and cloud-native solutions.
The strategic partnership will allow Altice Labs and Tech Mahindra to explore untapped business growth opportunities in the global communications, media, and telecom industries. The combined efforts will provide telcos the agility for building future-ready applications in BSS, OSS, and 5G space. In addition, the platforms and solutions will help customers transform their technology stake, improve efficiency, and reduce operational expenses significantly.
