Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has strengthened its partnership with SAP. This partnership aims to help SAP customers improve and transform their businesses using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).
Together, TCS and SAP are helping customers move to cloud technology more easily as part of their ‘RISE with SAP’ program. It makes it simpler for businesses to shift from traditional on-site systems to cloud environments. TCS plans to work closely with SAP to create a central network for global customers, improving service management, user experience, and overall customer happiness.

TCS is also plans to create an Innovation Council, using its Agile Innovation Cloud (AIC) framework to promote new ideas in areas like making AI available to everyone, GenAI, and automation. This will help SAP customers innovate at a larger scale. TCS will use its TCS Pace Port™ network, which has locations in 12 major cities around the world, to brainstorm, collaborate, and develop solutions with SAP customers. The TCS Pace™ network aims to encourage structured and sustainable innovation in businesses.
