Bangalore, October 15, 2025: SmartSoC Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company in semiconductor and embedded engineering services, has announced that it is teaming up with the ChipIN Center at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC).
This partnership aims to help India’s Design Linked Incentive (DLI) Programme. SmartSoC will provide its advanced Post-Silicon Validation (PSV) services for free to startups and small businesses that are registered with DLI. They will also offer different foundry options to help these startups grow.
Bharath Desareddy, CEO of SmartSoC, said, “We are proud to support chip innovators in India. This is more than just business for us; it’s our mission. We understand that the journey from design to finished silicon can be difficult. SmartSoC wants to be a helpful partner for startups, guiding them through tough challenges. Together, we will build a stronger and self-reliant India by leading the semiconductor movement.”
SmartSoC is one of the first Indian companies to work with several foundries, giving startups more choices to find the best fit for their designs. The Post-Silicon Validation services offered by SmartSoC allow startups to test their silicon prototypes carefully. This ensures that their products meet global standards before they are made in larger quantities. These important services, which are usually very expensive for smaller companies, are now made available to help them succeed and gain respect in the market.
Dr. SD Sudarsan, Executive Director of CDAC Bangalore Centre, said, “By providing multiple foundry options and Post-Silicon Validation with partners like SmartSoC, startups can move confidently from design to actual products. Offering free access to expert labs, testing facilities, and engineering services reduces costs and risks, allowing Indian startups to compete on a global level.”
