HCLTech has made an agreement with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati to offer employees who are part of HCLTech’s early-career program called TechBee. It gives them a chance to get a higher education in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related subjects.
Under this agreement, eligible HCLTech employees can earn a four-year online Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and AI. This program aims to give participants the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the fast-changing technology world and prepare them for leadership roles in the future.

Our TechBee program helps high school graduates start their careers, and partnering with IIT Guwahati offers them a great way to continue their education while also gaining real-world experience,” said Subbaraman B, a Senior Vice President at HCLTech.
