Genpact, a global professional services firm, has announced the appointment of Thimaya Subaiya to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. With a strong track record in global business leadership and technology-driven growth, Thimaya Subaiya brings valuable expertise as Genpact continues to scale its innovation and client impact worldwide.
Thimaya Subaiya has 25 years of experience in technology and business. He currently works as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Cisco, where he manages all operations, security, supply chain, and IT.
“Thimaya Subaiya has a lot of experience in growing services and software businesses with a good mix of new ideas, simplicity, and efficiency,” said Balkrishan “BK” Kalra, President and CEO of Genpact. “His experience will help us with our GenpactNext strategy, where we focus on using AI to improve and grow our business services.”
Before this job, he was Cisco’s Chief Transformation Officer, helping the company become more focused on software and services. He also worked as the Chief Customer Experience Officer, where he helped improve customer satisfaction and growth in Cisco’s services, which is a $13 billion business. Thimaya also worked at Salesforce and Oracle.
Thimaya Subaiya has an MBA from the ENPC School of International Management.
