Genpact appoints Dinesh Jain as its Global Capability Center (GCC) Lead, effective 11 November 2025. Prior to joining Genpact, Dinesh held senior leadership roles, including at Accenture, where he led GCC/GIC/captive solutions globally from Mumbai.
Dinesh, who is based in Mumbai, will lead Genpact’s work to help clients plan, grow, and improve their GCC strategies. He will focus on using new technologies and data to create better business results.
“Today, GCCs are not just delivery hubs; they help companies grow and succeed,” said Riju Vashisht, Chief Growth Officer at Genpact. “With Dinesh’s leadership, we are helping clients see these centers as important for new ideas and staying ahead in business.”
In his new job, Dinesh will guide Genpact’s plans for GCCs and help clients in many industries and countries to build and improve their centers. His main goals are to help companies start and grow their GCCs, turn them into centers for new ideas and engineering, and advise them on how to get the most value from these centers.

They help companies grow and compete,” said Dinesh Jain, Global Capability Center Lead at Genpact. “We want to help clients build GCCs that are ready for the future by using Genpact’s experience and the latest technology for better results.”
Dinesh has a lot of experience in technology, leading GCCs, and helping companies use digital tools. He has worked with international companies to build and grow their centers. Before Genpact, he led technology solutions for Accenture in Mumbai and held important roles in technology and business change.
This appointment highlights Genpact’s emphasis on turning GCCs into strategic growth engines, integrating process expertise, advanced technology (including data & AI) and global talent.
