Ericsson has appointed Charlotte Levert as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), Senior Vice President, and Head of the Group Function People. She will assume her new responsibilities on February 10, be based in Sweden, and report directly to the CEO.
Charlotte Levert, who currently serves as Vice President and leads People for the Cloud and Software Services business area, will succeed MajBritt Arfert following her announced departure from the company in October 2024.
Charlotte Levert brings a wealth of experience from her extensive tenure at Ericsson, where she has held key executive roles across multiple business units. Most recently, she was the Head of People for the Managed Services business area.
Before her time at Ericsson, Charlotte Levert functioned as Head of HR for Sweden and was a Global HR business partner at Tieto.

Charlotte Levert has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources, which equips her with a robust foundation in strategic HR management.
