AIT Worldwide Logistics, a leader in supply chain solutions, has announced two important changes in its management team. Ray Fennelly has been appointed as the chief development officer (CDO), and Ann Nemphos is now the chief information officer (CIO).
Ray Fennelly has been with AIT for 30 years and has held many leadership positions, most recently as CIO. He has worked closely on the company’s acquisitions for 13 years. In his new role as CDO, he will focus mainly on finding and managing new acquisition opportunities. This includes working with AIT’s financial partner to find good targets for buying, overseeing the process of merging companies, and helping to integrate these new businesses into AIT.
Fennelly aims to grow AIT’s presence in the market and will also continue to manage the company’s global compliance, marketing, and sustainability teams. He will report directly to Vaughn Moore, the Chairman and CEO.

Ann Nemphos is also very experienced, with many years of leading technology teams at big companies. As CIO, she will help improve AIT’s technology teams to support the company’s growth. She will work with her team to follow AIT’s strategic plan and deliver quality technology solutions for AIT’s employees and customers. Ann will report to Fennelly, as she has since she joined the company as chief technology officer in 2024.
