Accenture has acquired Highlands Consulting Group, a Sacramento-based management consulting firm founded in 2002, specializing in healthcare, transportation, social services, and environmental solutions.
This acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s capabilities, especially in California, where Highlands Consulting is well-established and has a proven track record of successful client relationships.
Ryan Oakes, who leads Accenture’s Health & Public Services industry practices, said that Highlands Consulting has strong connections and good experience with state agencies. This will help Accenture provide better service to clients and create new chances for growth and innovation. He believes that this purchase will lead to better results for clients in California and beyond.
Highlands Consulting has a team of professionals with years of hands-on experience in planning and changing businesses, as well as IT planning and analysis.
