Accenture has decided to acquire NeuraFlash, a leading Salesforce and generative AI consulting company specializing in agent-based solutions for sales, service, and field service operations.
This acquisition will enable Accenture to enhance its Salesforce AI services and expand its reach to more medium-sized businesses. NeuraFlash has successfully completed over 1,000 projects for more than 400 customers around the world. With this acquisition, Accenture will gain about 510 skilled professionals, who together hold over 2,000 certifications, mostly from North America, as well as Colombia and India.
By combining Accenture’s technology and industry experience with NeuraFlash’s AI skills, they plan to help clients use and grow intelligent solutions more quickly. NeuraFlash also has strong skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to create personalized experiences using machine learning and AI in contact centers.
Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, NeuraFlash aims to use AI to make complex business processes easier, improve agent programs, analyze data better, manage changes, and provide ongoing services to help businesses use new technologies like Salesforce Agentforce.
Founded in 2016, NeuraFlash has earned a good reputation for its AI solutions in different areas, including sales and service transformation and field service.
“This acquisition will greatly improve our AI capabilities and help us serve medium-sized businesses better, which is in line with Salesforce’s goals,” said Stephanie Sadowski, who leads Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group. “By joining with NeuraFlash, we aim to help businesses adopt AI and drive innovation across various industries.”
“Since we started, we’ve focused on delivering great outcomes for our customers and partners with AI-powered solutions in sales, service, and field service operations,” said T. Brett Chisholm, CEO and co-founder of NeuraFlash. “Working with Accenture will allow us to grow, increase our global impact, and expand our AI capabilities to create new exciting opportunities for innovation with our customers.”
The acquisition will be completed once standard conditions are met, including receiving necessary approvals related to competition laws. The terms of the purchase have not been shared.
