Accenture has completed the acquisition of consus.health, a German healthcare management consultancy. consus.health offers services ranging from medical strategy and patient management to procurement and logistics, infrastructure management, and construction planning services.
Accenture will enhance its healthcare capabilities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by adding consus.health’s strategy and industry consulting skills to its capabilities in digital transformation and managed services.
Founded in 2012, consus.health has a strong presence in the German market, serving more than 600 healthcare providers and hospitals.
The acquisition of consus.health, previously announced on August 27, 2024 adds 140 experts with deep strategy and industry consulting know-how and a strong industry network in the healthcare market to Accenture’s Health Strategy & Consulting practice in Germany.
Dr Djordje Nikolic, founder and CEO of consus.health will lead Accenture’s Health Strategy & Consulting practice in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and will be responsible to build-up and grow the health provider business.
