Accenture has signed an agreement to acquire Logic, a retail technology services firm, to expand its retail capabilities by adding essential skills in core technologies and platforms, as well as artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI, to drive innovation for clients.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Logic has offices in 11 countries that serve more than 150 retail clients worldwide, helping retailers enhance customer loyalty, increase revenue, and improve agility through Technology.
The acquisition aims to enhance Accenture’s ability to drive technology transformations for retail clients globally, with strong capabilities in merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, and cloud.
