HCLTech, a major global technology company, and Talents of Endearment (TalEn) have announced a partnership to launch a new learning program powered by artificial intelligence (AI). This program will help professionals and companies succeed in a world where AI is important.
Together, they aim to deliver adaptive learning paths by combining HCLTech’s Career ShaperTM platform with TalEn’s education and recruitment approach. HCLTech brings tech experience, while TalEn brings local knowledge.
Together, they will help professionals learn new skills for the future. The program will offer help with finding jobs, career tests, skill training for different roles, technology courses for people who are not tech experts, special classes for leaders, AI-supported learning tools, and finishing schools for students who have just graduated. These services will be available in the region starting in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026.
“Technology can really change things when we use it for a good reason,” said Srimathi Shivashankar, Corporate Vice President and Global Head of EdTech Business at HCLTech. “AI helps us work faster and try new things, but our goals and values guide us. This partnership will help companies get ready for the future by teaching important human skills like empathy, good judgment, and leadership, as well as strong technical knowledge.”
“The workplace of the future will not only be about new technology, but also about people working well together,” said Dr. Abed Baidas, Founder and CEO of Talents of Endearment. “With this partnership, we are creating learning programs that teach both skills and good character. Our goal is to help people and companies lead with honesty and flexibility in a world where AI is important.”
