Sophos, a leading provider of security solutions, has appointed Aparna Williams as its Chief Legal Officer (CLO). In this role, she will manage all legal, compliance, and regulatory activities for Sophos and report directly to the CEO, Joe Levy.
Aparna Williams has over 25 years of experience in legal roles at various technology companies, including Coalfire Systems, Shippo, Imperva, and Symantec. Her expertise includes corporate governance, complex transactions, regulatory strategies, privacy, and risk management. She is recognized for turning legal operations into a key part of business strategy, balancing the need for compliance with opportunities for innovation and growth.
